[Article] How to Contract Manufacture T-Shirts - T-Shirt Types
The harder part of the T-shirt buying process is knowing your fabrics and communicating your requirements to the manufacturer. The easier part is letting them know what kind of T-shirt types you want. Which normally is normally either non-collared (round necks, v-necks, etc.) or collared (polo, mock neck, etc)
Once you have decided on the basic shape, we can look at the "cut & sew" patterns. Cut & Sew patterns are basically up to you to design. And they can be done as long as it is possible to sew. Fortunately to help the buyer make a decision in the design selection process, our t-shirt configurator comes in handy in doing on the spot visuals.
After the type of shirt and the pattern is all set, we can look into the details. There are many parts of the t-shirt we can add designs to. Here's a brief list
Caps pictures have been updated in our product gallery. In total - 44 pictures. Most of them are six panel cotton brush caps. There is just one series that is made of microfiber. There is no minimum order for caps. Sorry, we cannot customise caps aside from embroidery as they are ready made and imported.

Two familiar Polo Cut & Sew T-shirt designs have been added in our product gallery. Huey by far has been our best selling design for 2 years. It's getting old now, but still a classic. Matches well with a combination of navy blue, black and red. We're slowly repopulating our gallery. You will see a new design every 2-3 days so come back for more eye candy!
We have added the Baby T size specs in the Size Specification article in our FAQ section. The graphics for unisex has also been enhanced. Width measurements typicall start from just below the underarms, and the length is measured from the shoulder right to the bottom. Sleeve length is measured from the seems right to the tip. It includes the cuff, if the t-shirt has it.
Did you know that you can request for Baby-T version T-shirt. What's a Baby-T? It's actually womens style t-shirt with curved waist, shorter sleeves and a smaller placket.
Baby T (Asian) sizes are typically S(34), M(36) and L (38). A Baby T - L size is also roughly the size of a normal Unisex S size, but a little shorter. Petite girls usually wear S or even XS. Normal size ladies should be M and L. But these are general guidelines for Asian women. Western women, may be need 1 size bigger.
