Embroidery prices is usually determined by the number of stitches. The bigger the imprint the more it costs. It's hard to tell you exactly how much it would cost without seeing a visual.  Try and give us as much details and possible especially quantity, the width and length, and where it is supposed to be stitched on.

We have a rough guideline on how to estimate the costing. We cannot guarantee it is accurate, at least it may help you in your budgeting.

Normal 0.9cm height Verdana font alphabets - about 300 stitches per alphabet

Logo 1 x 1 sq inch - 1,000stitches - 3,000 stitches

Logo 2 x 1 sq inch - 2,500stithces - 5,000 stitches

Logo 2 x 2 sq inch - 4,500stitches - 8,000 stitches

Logo 2 x 3 sq inch - 6,000 stitches - 12,000 stitches

For the best deal, always ask us for a package price.  We do not have tape/block charges for quantities of 100pcs and above. This is already a very attractive proposal.

Tips

1. Ensure your thread color contrast with the shirt color. Eg. Black words on Black shirt shows nothing.

2. Embroidery cannot produce fine details like off set printing and silkscreen.

3. Always requests to see an embroidery sample before the shirt are stitched on

4. Embroidery colors are not exact like Pantone/CMYK colors. Embroiderers will take the nearest color thread that it can find.
