Getting your T-shirt manufactured according to your specifcation is a delicate process. Nevertheless, our sales people are trained to ensure (to their best abilities) that your T-shirt gets done right using these steps:

Step 1: Documenting the specification

T-shirt specifications like material, color, design, sizes and delivery date are carefully documented in a T-Shirt design form. A visual / digital artwork is also created for the client. The client has to sign off these documents before we can submit to production.

Step 2: Sample imprints

We always give sample imprints (silkscreen / embroidery) for confirmation. If the order is 300pcs or more, we will give you an actual sample of the T-shirt. If the samples are satisfactory, client is required to sign of a sample confirmation document. This process takes 5 days from Step 1.

Step 3: Production

Once production is lodge, a tracking number is issued. When calling us for status, please quote the tracking number. Our ERP system keeps track of production status via this tracking number. Production usually takes 10 - 14 days, depending on quantity and complexity of patterns. But if rush order service is required, please notify us before hand.

Step 4: Inspection & Delivery

Upon completion, the client is required to inspect the goods. If the product is satisfactory, the client has to chop & sign the delivery order.
